Hurricane Irene Update

To all of our clients,
With the impending threat of Hurricane Irene to the East Coast,
we wanted to assure our Remote Backup Clients that we are
fully prepared to support you if you are affected by the
hurricane. We have outlined additional support hours below and
have stocked up on hard drives and Backup Batteries in the event you experience hardship.

We are recommending to our clients in the following areas to
evacuate your businesses and unplug all servers and move them to
HIGH GROUND:

New York City: If your business is in Zone A as defined by Mayor
Bloomberg or south of Sunrise Highway in Queens.
NASSAU COUNTY: If your business is south of Merrick Road in
Nassau county. See the alert given by our County Executive Ed
Mangano if you have any additional questions.

Rest assured that if you are receiving this email your important
files and databases are securely backed up in our LiveDrive
Data Center in London, England which will not be affected by
Hurricane Irene.

All Overview Computer Services, LLC appointments for Sunday
August 28th and Monday August 29th have been CANCELED due to the
weather and in order to support our clients during the rough
weather. Our response time should be very quick (either on-
site or remote) due to the fact that we have additional staff
covering our emergency hours.

Overview support staff will be on high alert during this time.
Please see below for extended phone and email support hours
for those who find it necessary to seek assistance due to the
hurricane. We will continue these extended hours until
8:00PM local time Monday August 29th or when the storm is
downgraded to non-threatening.
